Sporting Director required?

Parish has to work with the money we have and what's available. He has not done too bad. Everton screwed the deal but we would have done ok business. There are not many good managers on offer at the moment. If there are do they want to Come here? Same with players.we are starting to sound like Newcastle it is what it is, now let's get on with supporting.

Said that at the time and still think it now. We'll probably never know why Pulis wanted out, especially after all the work he put into pre-season, but whatever the reason, he earned that bonus fair and square. And no, I don't give a monkey's what the court said, it should never have got to court in the first place. It should have been a handshake and the end of the matter. The gang of four may have 'saved' the club, but they've had it back in spades since, largely due to Pulis and Allardyce.

Again, this is just a poor post.

You have no idea if he buys players and the manager doesn't want them. As I understand it the manager has the final say on who he wants. So why would you post what you have no clue about.

And apart from Burley, which manager has been the wrong one? They have all done as what they were supposed to and were held up at the time as great signings.

Holloway, got us up, Pulis kept us up, Warlock was appointed to stabilise after Pulis tried to scank us, Pardew kept us up and Big Sam kept us up. Which one was it wrong to appoint at the time?

No not really, I admired Parish the way he played Jordan and hung him out to dry and bought the club on the cheap. It appears this is the way he does business as seen with player purchases, he ain't going to change.

I wanted to hear Jordan comment on the Parish-Sakho-Liverpool deal on Talksport last night after Parish won with lowering the price. Maybe he did, but I missed it if he did. Jordan and that show ended at 11pm so he wouldn't have been able to comment on Niasse and give the pros and cons of leaving it to the last day.
