In , feel for the bloke. Ludicrous to get rid, Trying to change our style is not going to happen overnight. We would not have got cheek or mensah in with Sam at the realm, only reason is franks "proven" style. Relax, stop giving it large amounts and support him. In.the above is a brilliant post.the guy is a proven winner.he will have the international break to take stock dust himself down and go again. Frank must get the best from the Dutch and English game and merge the two in a way that suits our players best. Getting a result at Burnley eod be a great start.

And that's after saying he wouldn't. And therein lies the problem.

In. This proves why English football in general will never improve. The media and the fans demand too much too soon, everyone wants results instantly when in reality if we are to progress from a backs to the wall club/nation with better technical players, then new ideas from coaches/players that have played the game at a better level than us need to be brought in to share their knowledge. To want to sack him after 3 games in charge, with him having only been able to bring in one permanent signing and 2 loans is laughable – how can a manager implement his style of play when he’s not being backed in the transfer market? If SP does not have the funds to do that then ok but why sign a manager with new ideas, knowing full well that the current crop of players are not capable of implementing these ideas. I’d give FDB another transfer window but I am aware that it could be too late by then to save us if things go wrong, so realistically we should see what happens in this transfer window, hopefully he gets in players capable and go from there. If he doesn’t, then its more SP’s error in signing a manager he cannot sufficiently support to make the changes wanted and he should cut his losses before it’s too late.

OUT Why I am so disappointed watching Palace's first 3 games is for the formation to work you have to have two very good wing backs ie Moses and Alonso, Kyle Walker and Danny Rose, I am bloke who has no coaching badges but has watched Palace for 35 years and I know VAH and Ward are no wing backs so the system is flawed, over time we can recruit the right players and make the system work but sticking with this style of play with the players we have is so inept surely a good manager plays a system that is best for the players he has available, talk about a one trick pony and personally how he thinks Puncheon is better than Cabaye is mind boggling!

Frank and Parish said changes were going to 'happen gradually'. 2. You answer touching on thegradually in your next paragraph. Either Frank has gone against his word, or they both agreed on it and told us it would be gradual.

Out for me. I just don't like Dutch people lived there for 10 years in Rotterdam. The most arrogant race of people you could ever meet. The cafe's were good though . Oh yea and the red light district.

OUT Clear to see that players are unsure and uncertain. No cutting edge. Should have stuck to knitting. Lack of funds (FFP biting hard on CPFC now). So we need siege mentality football with the squad we've got and defend like f**k every game, and play to our counter attacking strengths. We have enough good players for this at least, and a proven system from past seasons. Just buy Sakho and go 4-2-3-1
