I love the guy he is Palace but he just isnt good enough anymore. Defensively were very naive and going forward we lack ideas. Where is the movement? Through balls? We need someone with creativity and we dont have it. No matter what formation we play we will struggle, but this one doesnt do us any favours in attack or defence. 433 or 451 with this philosophy would work better in my opinon.
