Unless we are keeping it a secret neither Cabaye nor a Centre Back will return for the Hull game.
Too close to call but I think Swansea will lose to Sunderland and so it won't matter anyway!

Dreamt last night we lose 0 - 2 meaning it goes to the wire.

Alarm woke me when (in the dream,) I had just arrived in Manchester on final day of season and was having a pre match beer in the Piccadilly Tap...

The Curse of Kermit's Daughter shall be broken.

CPFC 2-1 HCFC

It will be unbelievably nervy but we'll all get bombed after full time.

I would expect BFS style would be perfect for this game .As long as we keep a clean sheet we are safe and I guess with our counter attacking forwards we may even nick one ourselves. 0-0 will do me and we can happily pay BFS his bonus. Job done.

I agree. I think BFS will get the team back to its best form. He will have an extra week to work on defensive formations and hopefully Kelly and whoever plays alongside him will do the job on the day. But having 3 CBs out injured is really bad luck, which we just have to find a way to overcome

The pressure on this game is immense for both teams, we musn't lose, they have to win. As such it has a nervy, edgey draw written all over it.

Hopefully, Big Sam has bollocked the players so sternly that they're not even thinking about the point but looking to do the job properly with a win. One can only hope.

Cynic or realist? It's a fine line!

There's no point whipping ourselves into a frenzy until we know the result of Saturday's game between Sunderland and Swansea.

If the Black Cats win our Sunday game v Hull City automatically becomes an end of season friendly, with everyone relaxed and with smiles on their faces.

However, even if Swansea get only a point and we lose v Hull City there is a good chance Manchester United away becomes a must win to survive the drop.

Have great faith in Sam and the boys to get us a win. Sam will have briefed the team on how to do things and what things not to do like they did last week and let in five goals. I am hoping Wayne is getting loads of practise in this week so he can hold his head up unlike last week. No goalkeeper likes letting in goals especially five all in one go.
Palace to win at Hull.

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.

Aye. "Now, Wardy. See when the ball falls to you in the box and you have about 30 seconds to deal with it? Why don't you try bringing it down and passing it out to a Palace player instead of heading it feebly to an attacker so that he can fire it at 100mph into the net? Would that work for you?"
