But was he/they just sitting on a carpet Kermit, or like the asylum seeker in the news not so long ago, was he/they having a 'sexual emergency' and poking someone's son/daughter on the said carpet? Since the OP does not define why he had to step over them, we cannot know, but I think you'd agree that if it were the latter scenario then that would count as scummy behaviour........

Read your earlier response again Kermy... the one I highlighted in italics.... you make a point that Painter has to know ALL asylum seekers to justify calling any of them scum, not just be as selective as you are allowed to be with regard to some Millwall Fans.

Please don't misquote me in your posts, I said asylum scum. There appear to be a lot of bleeding heart liberals on here, who just love hypocrisy, who just try to look for meanings that are just not there.
I have Millwall friends, if people call Millwall scum, it doesn't bother me at all. The reference would of been made of what people perceive a certain element of Millwall fans are, not all of them.

Know what you mean. Some local 16 year olds left some horrible litter on the grass down the park the other day and now I think all teenagers associated with them are scum.

Millwall fans 'Millwall Scum' or 'the accused'.

Brighton fans 'Brighton Scum' or 'The pirates of Menspants'.

Charlton fans 'Charlscum' or 'The disappearing scum'.

See, its a football site, so a certain amount of expected rivalry and opposition to rival teams is expected and acceptable - because the association is directly to their association with a rival club.

Where as Asylum Scum, potentially affects a hate tag directly associated to a political agenda, that promotes prejudice against a group of people who's only association is that they in the process of, or have recently been granted political asylum.
