Its a bit hard to generalise especially when friendly internationals are involved but you may be right. I havent seen them but heard they were headers. COYP

As I've said on another thread, he showed what he can do with a good service - decent crosses, balls in to feet in the box & a willing midfield to run beyond him made him look pretty good. The Russian defence seemed sick of the sight of him by half time.

He won the penalty for the first & then scored his first - he reacted quickest to knock in a rebound after the keeper saved another header:

Instinctive, no chance to over think it. Against Watford you could clearly see he was indecisive compared to four months ago. Hopefully after a couple of goals he'll feel more confident shooting on sight.
Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time. |
