I also agree this, although I would be a lot happier with a fully match fit Dann, Mandanda and possibly Sakho.

I think we'll know by Saturday evening our chances of staying up. No excuses now. Sam's got the players he wanted (at great expense). He's had time enough to get his'message across ' and 2 weeks without a game to work on tactics. So if we can't now beat Middlesborough at home, we really don't deserve to stay up. I think it will be an edge of the seat 1-0 to palace. .. Good post.

This game for me is like other posts a decider, we will see on Saturday if we are going to fight or just fade away. If we fight and come out and play how we can then it's 3-1 Palace no problems!!

A Jason Puncheon-esque moment from Norwich last season, from Zaha after about 84mins of dreadful football, which single handedly salvages our season on the back of a vital three points.

My view is if it doesn't click on Saturday, it's not going to click. We've had a two week break to prepare for this game, knowing the importance of it. I think we'll finally come good.

Wish I could agree but alas feel that we won't get anything at Selhurst due to the mentality of the players. I think we will lose this fixture.

Win on Saturday and if Leicester lose against Liverpool after Ranieri's sacking tonight, I think our luck may just turn. Would not be surprised to see Leicester relegated this season now. Hope for CPFC yet.

Which sounds just like Sunderland. I predicted we would beat Swansea 3-0. I was more cautious for Sunderland and predicted a win 2-0. In view of my track record, I am staying quiet about 'Boro. I think it depends what kind of Palace emerges from the tunnel. If a refreshed, fitter stronger Palace takes the field, that isn't psyched out by 'home pressure' then we have a decent chance of a good result.
