OP - Have you tried contacting the police, with the time of the incident. It may well be that they have footage of the events, from the station etc. A witness statement and follow up could be what they need. The police at the time tend to be more interested in 'keeping order' but there is likely some interest from the assorted football police units in 'following up' crimes they can associate to fans.
