I would like to see a health tourism ended. It's an absolute bloody disgrace that people can come here having never paid a penny into the system and get treated. F**k them off I say. This kind of behaviour is akin to steeling.
Also, another thing that needs to end is sex changes and boob jobs on the NHS. These are not essential things to have done, if people want that kind of crap done then they should pay out of their own pocket, and if they can't afford it then tough!

The NHS is a great thing, but it must not be abused by sh*tbags who seem to have this air of entitlement about them. How many times do we hear about some dopey bird who believes it's 'her right' to have her t1ts enlarged courtesy of the taxpayer??

..the majority of these cases will result in the person paying for it themselves, the ones who have it done on the NHS are the ones who have had treatment for illnesses such as cancer as an example, others are people who are proved to be in need of help because of their health and income, seriously do not believe all the rubbish you see and read, a lot of issues in life do regard mental health and it is extremely difficult to get the balance right, the NHS is not throwing it about.

I think that many of the examples that you have chosen are specially selected by the media for their stupidity, after all a newspaper managed to find an idiot in my town who thought that McDonalds was healthy eating.

There has been a bit of media discussion recently about a woman's right to her choice of method of childbirth. I don't mind a woman having freedom of choice but what's wrong with only the old fashioned way being free of charge with elective caesareans and water beds etc being at extra cost

Well you clearly do, just depends on what political bias your media is working off.

Nothing to do with immigration. All those non English speaking people you see in the waiting rooms must be staff.

Apparently you're a terrible person if you have a preference for an English accent.

Nothing to do with NHS funding either I presume. Thing is though, most if not all of those non-English speaking people are also either NI/tax payers or the relatives of NI Tax Payers.

I wonder where all this extra tax from migrant workers is going to?

Interestingly, the budget for the NHS increases constantly.
How much tax do you think the government should spend on the NHS? How much money do you think they waste unnecessarily every year?
