The 2 chums on here are the sort of people who'd take photos of their lady's cars parked just over the parking bay they've paid for and send them to the council.

And how was he putting his job on the line ?
Jesus did weep. Don't worry, he still loves you. If DF did shag anyone's married missus he would be committing adultery. But thanks for that facetious point.
Maybe so, but who is to say things are happening in private? Police investigations into the phone's texts? All I know is that if I were in the same situation I would like to think that I would be honest than jeopardise my job and thus bringing home the bacon for me Family. Fcuk trying to be labelled as bitter. Family first. You're more of a Man in my eyes if that is done imo. Im no lawyer, but at the time freedman alerted Emperor tan and OGS to the text, he had no idea that there would be this fall out with a premier league inquiry. So he did it because he wanted to out of spite or jealousy IMO. In a court of law if asked did he receive a text from a Palace employee with the team sheet on and he he didn't tell Cardiff, he couldn't be reprimanded anyway. Firstly Freedman isn't on trial and what on earth could you reprimand him on if he said" i didnt feel the need to forward this on as i saw it as a wind up"

Once again, HE DID NOT GO TO THE AUTHORITIES the sad little s*** went running off to OGS. Not the same thing. It doesn't matter who DF went to Gogh, the fact is he reported it somewhere. so the ends the same. Understand now?

If he didn't report it to the league, he should have escalated it within Bolton. telling a 'mate' or anyone else for that matter is not "Reporting" it.

Can we just conclude that he is a Mega-Nigel or if we really wanted to take the piss we could call him Winston or Augustus. Edited by EastEndPalace (18 Apr 2014 5.28pm)

Telling anyone is divulging the facts, no matter who it is you are telling. The idea is to prevent cover-ups. When this goes further the likes of SE25 and the rest will get it. If the league make a ruling that neither party or either party agrees with they can take the league to court over the decision if they believe it transvenes any law, Now my bet is Tan will take this to court once the league decides Palace have no case to answer. After all, Tan is proving that desperate. Then anyone who is known to be involved will be asked to tell all. Those who do not declare honestly what they know will then be seen to withholding information, or even abetting. Those who truly think the above scenario is not possible or likely need to look back at sport in general and soccer in particular. Hopefully I hope this puts my side to this to rest and I pray nothing of what I've said, occurs.

Given our complete lack of effort in the semi final 2nd Leg of the League Cup a couple of years ago and now this, makes you wonder if Freedman may be planning a move to Cardiff at some point?
