Early days I know .He hasn't set the world alight but going by our recent recruitments ie Wharton etc I am sure there is more to come.Hopfully he can replace Eze or Olaise if they go .

Pressure off now - no relegation worries, a team in great form Hope he gets some game time during the rest of the season to see what he can do with no stress Eze and Olise don't need to be 90 minute players for the rest of the season (that said he wasn't even on the subs bench yesterday - so is he fit?) ‘Groin/hip/pelvic injury - no return date’, pretty sure this was mentioned in the last news conference.

thought I read somewhere he had surgery on his groin, so won't feature again This season.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Shame he's injured - would have been interesting to see him develop under Glasner.

Franca will come good - he has high technical ability but more significantly he has a bit of vision, he sees space, not just a headless chicken winger. He troubled me on his first appearance v Spurs, attempting tricks in front of the penalty area, but my granny would improve with Glasner's coaching and if he improves as much as Hughes and Mateta have done he could be very good indeed. Looks a little light weight and more of an impact sub at the moment, but he was always considered as a long term prospect. He might not get up to the Olise/Eze level but he mght not end up that far off it. His current injury has been in the public domain for some time.

I agree he is very promising, but would you really call him lightweight? Looks a great build to me. Such a shame he couldn’t feature with the pressure now off but hopefully raring to go for pre season

Watch him improve like Mateta.. when he gets run.. look at Silva at Man City not big but what a player.. I see Franca in a similar vein..
