Not exactly a reliable source, but what are people's thoughts on Broja? He's a physical presence, is quick and works hard. Not exactly prolific but he is young. Personally I think he might be a better fit at least while Roy is in charge than Nketiah.

Broja can score with both feet and his head.

He did well against us when he was on loan at Southampton -
I though Chelsea were after megabucks for him though.

The fee reported is £35m, which still seems like a lot, but then we did spend £20m on another goalkeeper and potentially up to £25m on a relatively unproven teenager, so who knows. If we could get him for say £20m with say £15m in add-ons based on appearances and goals scored then it might be a worthwhile deal.

I really can't see this happening btw, but as nothing else seems to be happening it adds to the discussion.

A loan with obligation to buy would work financially if we do sell one of our assets in the summer.
