When at the recent Chelsea match, I noticed a few things.
Change of tactics- more positive
Paddy on the touch line throughout the match, directing play!!
Roy came up to line on 80 minutes, rest of the time in dugout...

Paddy knows the younger players, has maybe more support of the players than ROY.

Why not Paddy rather than put up with Roy any longer who has lost motivating our players?

Like our young players, how do we know if they are not given a chance?

I would be more than happy for Paddy to caretake until the end of the season instead of Roy, i think we would get more points under Paddy thab Roy

I would support Paddy but it's probably prudent that he manages a smaller team first. However, currently, I would take him above Roy. I would think he would need an overall better coaching team.

He is part of the current coaching set up, which isn’t currently motivating the players. Why do you think giving him the top job will change things.
If any change is needed, then it’s a total change of all coaching staff.

We are talking about palace here, we have Nero Parish, Paddy not for long term, but if we cant get anyone decent until the end of the season i would have more confidence in Paddy than stubborn Roy

I think you're seeing what you want to see and then adding some assumptions.

If you accept that Palace are in a relegation battle then it would be madness to appoint a managerial novice.

If things do get worse and Roy goes, which I don’t think either will happen, then like it or not it will be Paddy until the end of the season, I think that’s obvious, because there’s no way we’re going to be putting a permanent replacement in until the summer.

Yes,I noticed a few things when Paddy was last in charge at Arsenal last season.
Like a 4-1 thrashing at the hands of Arsenal!!
Probably, needs more experience before he takes the helm.

Probably right , not because Paddy would be any better, he won’t because we don’t have enough players of quality for EPL football. The only way Paddy would get the caretaker job would be , because no other half decent manager would want the job role under Parish. If Paddy is in charge until end of season we are relegated!

i would not appoint the miraculous Jesus if he didn't have a long CV of success in the past.

no 'question marks', try outs, number two's, or other promising young hopefuls......unless you are a Brighton Troll trying to sabotage HOL.

Being Number One is a highly political role. And no amount of understanding of formations, set-pieces or using the offside trap is any substitute for Proven Success.

the only Paddy i recommend is Mick McCarthy.

Jose ManUre-Ho is currently unemployed. I hate him. But i would happily employ Lucifer himself if he had a proven CV.
