Not sure if there's much truth in this but might be worth the thread.

I'm sure we had another player with this name, Alassane N'Diaye, who I remember little of asides from the fact he looked about 9ft tall on the pitch!

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Indeed he was as tall as a hop pole but was not that impressive in the air for his height.

He had a Yaya Toure style physique , but that’s where the comparison ended.
It was Warnock who introduced him to the team, but he looked as if he had never played football before.
I don’t recall him playing more than a few games and I’d be surprised if he made a career as a football player subsequently.

Surprisingly , at least to me, he supposedly played more than 30 games for us and he did indeed make a sort of career in football taking in Lithuania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Hastings on his football sojourn.

That aligns with my memory perfectly, it looked as though Warnock just asked his staff to find the tallest male within a 2-mile vicinity of the ground to stick in midfield.

Does indeed look as though he has played for 50 teams after us including the mighty Hastings United.

Paul Hart signed him on Loan for Swindon from us and another of our players whom Hart also took on loan that season was Calvin Andrew.

He was still doing us favours even after his departure then.

Another link to this player.

A JPM replacement, all our prayers answered, another player of JPM/Edouard level quality who'll just add numbers, just click bait with little substance?

Who knows eh?

I imagine that 1 goal in 23 appearances is what attracted us.

This guy's bandied about as a striker. He's scored one goal this season.

Yep, I think Munoz is a better striker than this guy

He is really an attacking midfielder but did play as a striker for Sheff Utd.
He is an excellent ball-carrier with admirable work rate.
