In all honesty, not the worst timing or circumstances to play the Champions away if it means we can get three or four of our injured lads back for Brighton. Eduoard, Mitchell, Eze and Lerma back in for that fixture would change a lot. As for this one. It has to be a write-off. Even when City lose to a much weaker opponent (like Wigan in the cup in 2018.), it's because the side they are up against know each other inside out.
