A fairly even match. We created a couple of chances in the first 45 minutes, but struggled to string a series of passes together.

Whitworth having a great game. Dunno why he's not third choice ahead of Matthews. Kid's going places.

Wycombe take the lead from a retaken penalty as the game goes into added time. There has been a bit too much, win the ball give it away, win the ball give it away from Palace. All a bit disjointed.

Very harsh penalty decision but couldn’t argue with retake

and I know it's only League 2 but Owen Goodman has already been in the division team of the week twice

He had his arm almost by his side when the cross was made. I think the ref was too tired to wait around for penalties! Well done to the 32 Palace fans who turned up (that's not a joke btw, that is apparently how many went to the game). If you weren't one of those 32 then can you really call yourself a proper fan.

Ha ha . That leaves us with 24,968 at each home game who are not Palace I think there were only just over 400 people in the stadium altogether.

Apparently Wycombe made something like 9 changes to their line up from their previous league game.

Another ridiculous penalty goes against us the lad made no movement towards the ball it just hit his arm which was by his side.

We were ok but did not pose enough problems to an organised but unspectacular Wycombe outfit.

It's pens after 90 mins in this competition, at least the match could have been decided on merit in that case.

I went (been waiting 22 years for Palace to play at Wycombe since moving out this way!) -- I was sitting behind our dugout and thought there were about 60 in the away end but it was announced as 94 Palace in an attendance of 442.

I thought we competed well, given that it's 'men against boys' -- we lacked the final touch up front and our crossing wasn't great. But we were in control of much of the game. Ozoh is a total beast at DM, I can see why he's had an appearance in the first team. Whitworth is a star. Raymond looked decent, as did Imray on the right. Ebuwoei was being given a lot of instruction from the bench and didn't really seem to get into the game. Mini-Eze hardly got a touch after he came on.
