What are peoples thoughts on GS's team selection for tonight's match from Hampden Park?
Following the relative conservative snooze-fest in Ukraine on Saturday evening.

If you go to the 'Eze V Scotland thread' you'll find out.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

International 'friendlies' are about as entertaining as a hand-held video game without any electricity.

..as entertaining as standing on a rush-hour train near Norwood Junction, awaiting a signal to proceed to the next station.

You finish the sentence :

International 'friendlies' are about as entertaining as..........

No interest whatsoever from me, I'm afraid. My time's too precious to waste it watching England, particularly under the current 'FPM' (Future Palace Manager). "But there are Palace players in the squad" I hear you shout. Indeed there are; but to watch for that reason would make me a hypocrite.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Why does Southgate always look so stunned? It's as though he's just witnessed some terrible disaster.

With the attacking players we have we really should be smashing teams like Scotland and Ukraine out of the park .The gulf in class between England and everyone else we play (until the 1/4 finals of major competitions ) is huge .
Scotland were bringing on Championship players last night while we had the luxury of Saka and our very own Eze

Having said that the second half center back pairing of Dunk and Maguire has to be the worst to have ever been on the pitch for an England team so there is room for improvment
