Respect to him for doing ALL his own stunts as well, I’ve watched documentaries on the making of the mission impossible films and it’s frightening what he does. He broke his leg in one of them and they left the scene in the film where he did it, once I knew this I watched it closely and you could actually see it snap when you look close enough

another good definition of 'underrated'......when you hear the name, you do not visualise the face.

so clearly, Ewan McGregor or Al Pacino are not under-rated.

surely Keanu Reeves is the worst actor with a big name ? His ham voice and awful accent in Dracula.....who else ? I don't rate any performance by Ed Norton, and yet he seems to also be a big star. any others ?

How do you even establish how much someone is rated before you decide whether that's 'over' or 'under'? It seems a bit of a meaningless pastime to me. Incidentally, why is the term 'correctly rated' never used?

there are supporting actors you don't notice for about 20 years because they're so believable you take their performance for granted - the acting in Inbetweeners is great but the one I like is the bully Mark Duggan - it's probably type casting but he is so spot on you're just watching a c*nt not an actor, and it's a c*nt we all recognise. There are others who are in everything, like Glyn Edwards, Jack Watson and Don Henderson. I like actors who play baddies well, Hal Holbrook or the governor in Shawshank spring to mind, but a personal favourite is Robert Culp who plays the kiler in three Columbo's - he's just got nasty, institutionalised, middle-aged f*cker written across his features - completely convincing.
