What's the deal with the ballot, is it not done on loyalty points now? Ballot is for members, who will not have enough points to get a ticket. So apply in the ballot to be eligible to get one. Loyalty points remain in place. Ballot tickets are limited.

Stupid question time. If i buy a gold membership does that guarantee me an away ticket (if tickets still available), or is it like a lottery system? In previous years, just a standard membership used to get me a ticket. Thanks. Lee
