Over the years, quite a lot of old footage from our games have surfaced, so decided to collate them all together and make season reviews from the goals from each year.

Have started with 1969/70, as that was the first season where there’s enough footage surfaced to make a decent account of the season.

Will post up the rest in future as I make them.

Not sure how far I can go before the You Tube copyright monsters remove the video. Around the start of the Premier League and onwards, think it’s harder to escape. I remember at the start of lockdown, someone clearly with time on their hands, put up all the Palace season reviews throughout the 90’s, but they’re not there anymore.

Thanks Bubbs. Great to see Moore and Greaves on the pitch. And Tambling, with his slightly hunched-backed stance. I'd completely forgotten that home and away fans were not segredated in those days - amazing that there wasn't more crowd trouble. And I loved that atmospheric shot of the Whitehorse Lane end in winter, with snow on the ground and on the roofs of the houses in the background.

fantastic Bubbs - unrelated to this I've got a media project going on but I'm a useless dinosaur in some aspects and could do with a bit of help from anyone who likes the project but doesn't blow hot and cold as so many tend to do. You're obviously a 'doer' and not a talker so I'm going to do a friend request then I can tell you more. Looking fwd to 72-73 - just love watching us in claredt and blue - my first game was the 5-0 v Man U so it's like shadowy memories from my infancy.

great stuff - shame Alan Whittle's fourth v Manure wasn't in though, but the coverage of the final whistle moments I haven't seen before - how the f*ck did we go down that season???
