Looking to loan him but hear me out first, I know they are interested in olise so maybe a deal could be done?

We defo need an upgrade on TM as he's too prone to errors

Hopefully this is just an isolated loan deal we're looking to complete. Another link here - [Link]

It's surely a mutually beneficial path that has been taken before. A player Chelsea may have some hope for, who won't play for them (much anyway) gets a chance at a PL side in London.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Would be a very good loan signing.

It's a position we certainly need competition in so makes sense.

As it's a loan from Chelsea it'll most likely go well, we will develop him, fall in love with him, spend next summer chasing him, be out priced and then in 4 years time after not munch of a look in at Chelsea he'll go to West Ham.

I could see him playing in front of Mitchell if he signed. He looks very composed going forward and I think will end up as a midfielder rather than a full back. I'd love this one to happen, even if it is only a season loan.

Couldnt agree more, from what I've seen this lad will go far. From Chelsea's perspective there's probably no better place for him to go on loan to. We've managed their players pretty well in the past.

I can only see Chelsea loaning this player out if it came with gaurentees of game time . That would restrict Mitchells appearances and more or less curtail the progress of any full back coming through the ranks .
I don't like loans, its OK for youngsters to get experiance in the lower leagues but thats about it . There should be no reason for PL teams to need loans off each other all we are doing is developing other teams players for them and giving our own players the hump .

I believe he's a midfielder who filled in, admirably, at full back. He certainly looked to get on the front foot whenever possible. As well as competition for Mitchell he may be a left wing option

The sad thing about this, is at 18yo he is younger than most if not all our U21's who can't get into the 1st team squad, yet, here we are possibly taking an 18yo Chelsea academy/new 1st team player on loan. What signal does that send out to our youngsters, what hope is there for progression into the 1st team?

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.
