[Link] He might not last much longer.Anyone fancy being Tory leader? The only talents for the job being the ability to tell whoppers and ignore financial rules.

It always amazes me how gullible people are.

This is all about the elections coming up.

It's clear that Labour have achieved a new low in gutter politics.

He declared this when he took the role as PM. Maybe rich people have different rules because some people can’t stand success.

Sunak needn’t worry – maths mania already has our schools in a stranglehold.

A system that does not equip pupils for real life.

Of course, young people leaving school should understand the elements of maths. They need practical arithmetic, an understanding of measurement, proportion, risk and probability. They badly need to be computer literate.

History and Geography now classed as optional, cut backs to sports and the arts.

Examination mania, teachers oppressed.

Sunak, of course, needs mathematics to count up all the times he is being investigated.

I never see his wife ? is that because she is living abroad, as on her tax status ? She must have a really good income, what with shares in a child care Agency and not paying UK tax.
Because the Tories have never been about lining their own pockets ?

I disengage, I turn the page.

Her dad is the world's second richest man, that of course makes it easy for Sunak to relate to ordinary folk and understand their problems.

Sunak, of course, needs mathematics to count up all the times he is being investigated.

"SNP treasurer Colin Beattie has been arrested by police investigating the party's finances.

Mr Beattie, 71, has been taken into custody and is being questioned by Police Scotland detectives.

A spokesman for the force said the arrest was made in connection with the ongoing investigation into the funding and finances of the SNP.

He said a report will be sent to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service." [BBC]

Not saying he's not caked but he's about 80 billion short of the top 10 richest people in the world. Billions closer than us but not no. 2.

Of course the release was timed to coincide with the elections. That doesn't mean he didn't do it.

Thus, I really don't understand how the word gullible comes into play here.

For the record, there has been so much material volunteered by the Tories - call them unforced errors, own goals, shots in foot or whatever other metaphor you prefer - that this one will barely register.

Chip wrap in a day.
