Let’s be honest, the system hasn’t really every worked since its implementation. But just catching up on MOTD, what on earth is going on.

In the Arsenal game, officials/operators forgot to draw the offside line on the actual offside

In our game they drew the line on JT when MG was 100% the last defender

In the Chelsea game, Connor had a shot which was basically saved by a covering player

These are not subjective issues, this is gross incompetence.

It's largely the same bunch of incompetents running VAR as those officiating at games.

I'm not surprised by their continual failures.

I certainly do not agree that they are "Incompetent" and I don't recognise "Continual failures".
Human beings err on occasions and perfection is not in the human gift.

It really isn’t a case of opinion Willo.

The incompetence is objectively identifiable and only supports the subjective views of many.

There are too many involved in the game who do not actually understand football.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

With the greatest of respect we are not 'Birds on the same twig' on this matter.
We will have to agree to disagree.

But they have ,high tech” equipment don’t they? It is incompetence and the inconsistency is staggering.
Not sure how MacAliisters tackle on CD, which got him a yellow card, was not looked at in my detail. It could easily have been a red.
I will say, I thought Oliver had a good game, as did Marriner last week. Only 2 who I have some faith in.
Like to know how you are going to defend tgat idiot who sent Lemina off ‘ he approached me in an aggressive manner” No he didn’t mate, 2 other were there first, he did nothing different to any player every week.

Apropos "High tech equipment" we have witnessed such technology failing a season or so ago when a ball which was clearly over the line was not registered on 'Hawkeye'.
VAR was never considered to being the panacea eradicating all controversy from the game especially as subjectivity often enters the equation.

I have not witnessed the Lemina 'Red' incident so cannot comment.

Watch Neves interview. Why does subjectivity come into play wgenthere are rules in place regarding offside? It should not be a matter of debate.
The inconsistency regarding dangerous play/handball is indefensible I’m afraid

Here you are Willo, only a yellow. Worse than Mitchell’s. Inconsistently or not?

Even then there is the issue of Interfering or not interfering etc etc.

Perusing the 'Still' photograph there is no conclusive evidence as far as I am concerned. No evidence as to the force of the tackle or the amount of contact.

All of the decisions will form part of the post-match forensic examination of the performance of the officials.
