The geezer has done his time and should now be left alone.

He will have plenty of limits on his movements in order to stay out of clink, as if being 79 isn't enough.

Sympathy has nothing to do with it.

For good behaviour apparently, and probably because he is 79.

I think the man has let himself, and his fans, down badly by indulging in totally appalling behaviour and has been stripped of his reputation, fame, legacy and freedom as a result.

The odds are that he won't be around too much longer, and it would seem more like spite if he died in prison when a lot of cold blooded murderers walk free while they still have plenty of life to live.

I don't think that Glitter represents much of a risk at his age especially with The Sun and the parole service watching his every movement.

Get with the new approved progressive language my man....it's MAP, don't you know.....minor attracted person....Not like back in the good old days when we all knew what a pervert was....because that's what these nouces are.

That's how it's done, change the language, alter the impression.

The masses are kind of malleable like that...language has been used to convince the masses into all kinds of self harming directions that our ruling classes want.

If an authority figure asks us to jump, unfortunately we British only ask how high. Seems to be the only constant throughout the generations.
