If he has said it, it would reinforce my opinion that PV hasn't got a clue and Parish has no power to make decision, the Sweet got it right.

Look, I think we all love Derry but...

Things have been stale this season. It's one reason (among many) why we needed new players in the window (to freshen up and reinvigorate the squad), and maybe a change in the coaching line-up is no bad thing either. A new voice and new ideas on the training ground can be a plus. And if indeed, Derry did make those comments, then it's pretty obvious why he's the one that's gone.

I've not really got an issue with this move.
