In the spirit of Lanzo-Ad ;

Graham Potter is sacked by Chelsea

Results at Palace leave PV on the brink.

Would you be happy for Palace to replace Vieira and offer the job to Potter ?

Well, he did always prove successful at getting points for us when he was in charge of Brighton. As it is I think it would take a few years and heavy investment to mould a squad that would suit his style, I mean, could you imagine Schlupp or Ward playing Potterball?

No, I think he is a good coach but he managed Brighton.

Mullery was never accepted, George Graham at Spurs and Alex McLeish at Villa.

It is hard enough to manage a club let along bringing major baggage. The first bad game it will be Agent Potter.

No. Lots of fancy build up and possession but no end product. Over rated.

Should Chelsea lose to both Fulham and Palace, imagine Potter will be sacked in any event.

Sums up how I feel.

I actually like GP and suspected Chelsea was a bad move for him. Kills me to say but he did a good job with them lot down south however I'm not in favour of any notion for him to manage us.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I'd rather have Beatrix Potter

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

Got the makings of a good teamtalk.

Isn't Phoenix Nights one of our Academy players?

Mullery was never accepted because he was right at the centre of the storm arguing with initially Malcolm Allison & then Terry Venables (at least thats how I remember it)

My feelings are that Potter would probably be accepted in the same way that Glen Murray was especially as any arrival would have been via Chelsea -

It would be daft not to admit Potter is a good coach, but as I reckon can be seen at Seaweed that it wasn't just him and his coaching staff that were responsible for them becoming good. They have put everything in place, facilities, recruitment, youth programme, management, etc. to allow a head coach to slot in and focus on his job. Potter leaves and they had a little dip but are now doing well under De Zerbi They lose their two best players Bissouma and Cucurella and you hardly notice it..!

I reckon this is why Potter will fail at Chelsea and why he wouldn't work at SP.
