It seems Charles and Camilla will be going on a round britain tour next week-but will be taking liz truss along for support! Has the man not been through enough for gods sake!I do hope this isn"t breaching his impartiality rules- but could it be that he"s chosen liz for her reputation in case Camilla is "tired", one night?Good planning sir!

Really if it's true cannot imagine our late Queen even considering such a thing.

Anyone who needs support from a lady who can"t find a door and gets chucked out of a meeting for being a thicko needs to have a chat with their consort- whats wrong with them to offer support? As you said Steeleye, its not a mistake her majesty would have made, and could blow up in his face, on day one! And not in the way he would like!

Why not tell us about your educational qualifications

As many have said we are on the verge of a new beginning - New King, New PM - I would imagine that all 3 of them have much to learn from each other & in many ways travelling together is a good way of doing so - also its more frugal (which many of us have also suggested, especially in terms of getting more value out of tax payers money) I would personally like to believe that whoever made the proposal & took the decision would have reached the same outcome had there been a Labour PM in place, so I do hope its not going to be seen as the Monarchy "taking sides" but I may be being a bit naïve here.
