Strong rumour down here that Brighton have made an application to the Premier League to have the game moved to a different date.

I don’t know the reason behind it, assume it is rail strike related.

Spoke to a Brighton season ticket holder last week about this - he thinks many of their fans wont make the journey because of the rail strike. A lot of them rely on the train to get there and parking there is too difficult.

I have a ticket. I am rather surprised it hasn't already been moved to a different time and /or date as this fixture rarely kicks off at 3pm on a Saturday.

They should move it to Friday night assuming there aren't any train strikes Friday

I have been asked to go with a near neighbour who is a Brighton season ticket holder and have said yes.Having thought about it later, having to sit next to him and sitting on my hands for 90 mins in the away end I am not sure if I have made the right decision. To make matters worse they are on a run of fine form and I am still haunted by my last visit there when we lost 3-0 to their ten men.Anybody else had to watch Palace at the Amex in the away end?

I do hope not. Got my colleague to drive my van, drop us off x4 and pick us up and get me home. With a full beer belly I hope. Goddamit

I will be in with the Brighton lot, and have been for every game we have played at the Amex since they arrived in the PL ( apart from the match behind closed doors).

It's not an easy ride but as I can't get a ticket in the Palace end, needs must. The 3-0 game was miserable, but the 1-0 win in 2020 made up for it.

Yeah, it's off. Obviously didn't fancy playing us without a manager.

I would hope the whole football league will cancel.
I mean all fans need to get trains.
I doubt it though as Brighton are going to lose their manager and Sussex plod are lying c***s. Makes you wonder doesn’t it !
