Hi everyone, hope you’re doing well. Big time Ligue 1 viewer here. I’ve just done a video breaking down everything you can expect to see from Cheick Doucoure. Believe me, you’ve landed a gem here and I have no doubt that he’ll prove to be one of the signings of the summer. I’ve always had a soft spot for Palace and enjoyed my trips down to Selhurst Park in the past so am happy to see him making this move. I’d love to hear your thoughts and am happy to answer any questions you may have in mind, cheers!

Given what we paid he does look like he might be a bargain (by PL standards). Players with similar stats in Ligue 1 are selling for double or more. You can see what importance there is to have a dominant force in the centre by the improvements seen in Brentford and Newcastle after the arrivals of Eriksen and Bruno, respectively. Each summer over the past few years there has been one signing that has got me excited and this seems like the big one this year and he's still only 22. Hopefully like Eze and Olise he'll shine.

A fantastic suggestion which I am willing to throw my endorsement behind!
