Evening everyone, I am going to post updates on here as soon as I get them & when my work allows, I am not asking you to believe everything I put but will post for those that are interested: As off tonight I have been told the following: Cheick Doucoure - Done Deal 5yr deal - €20m We are very interested in the following: Lewis o’Brien - £12m We will not get all of these obviously as some are 1st & 2nd choices but I would expect 3 of these on top of the 2 confirmed. It’s great to see that we have a clear plan & strategy Luka & Benteke likely to move on. Kouyate could also go wants a 2yr deal we have currently only offered a 1yr deal.

Cheers Dazza. Appreciate the update! Seems a bit weird to me that we're in for so many CBs, when that's a position of strength right now. Surely we need to be targeting a striker, as PV doesn't seem to rate the two decent ones we've got...leaving us having to play Mateta up top.

There's quite a lot to like about that list - obviously some of the deals wont happen / will fall by the wayside for whatever reason but at least it indicates that we arrived at the window with a plan- Given how early in the window we are it would also be nice to think that there was also a striker being considered lurking somewhere under the radar.

Dazza had solid inside knowledge it was ready to join his squad, planning to line up alongside `z` and `a`. Sadly though contract negotiations broke down over details on it's image rights and the deal was called off at the eleventh hour. (Sorry Dazza, I just couldn't resist!)

If I were to pick 3 baring in mind budget id go with with Maybe stretch to 4 with AWB as the obligation to buy would only affect next years budget
