Tonight against Everton must have been the best performance by Eze in a Palace shirt. I would not be surprised if Southgate, who was watching, considers including him in his next England squad

He was good and it's pleasing to see him getting back to something like his best. But he's had better games last season.

We have finally begun to see the real Eze. What a player, with a full pre-season and Olise in the team - mind-boggling!

I still don't think he is there. But we are starting to see his ability. He ghosts players almost like Zidane did, not by dribbling round them, but with a bit of great body movement. The guy is the future of the club, and I have no doubt the GS was looking at him with the WC in mind. He does get caught on the a ball a little, but he is still getting up to speed with the game. That will improve.

Much more to come from him but we are starting to see some of what he's capable of as his confidence increases.

He looked good last night, but like others have said his decision making is not quite sharp enough yet. He also got blatantly fouled a couple of times where the ref inexplicably decided to play on. Personally I was going to suggest it might be a good idea to keep him out of the war zone last night, but he showed bravery and composure. If we can bring in one or two units to bring defensive solidity to the midfield then he can really thrive next season with a bit more freedom.

An excellent contribution from him last night, although a couple of times I thought he could have taken a shot instead of passing. Looking forward to next season.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

He is simply apart from any other player we have, i expect a bid of about 60m to come in for him, either summer window or New year one
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |

So glad we resisted the rumoured offer of £50 million for him from Newcastle.
