Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Regardless of his advocavy or way or the other, in the broader picture it does seem like something that's probably better to tax than police. It would likely reign in potency (as it'd be more typical to buy from a store than a 'dealer') and would separate it from drugs that are possibly available via the same people but much more consequential if taken. It's not really my scene, but alcohol is much more of an issue and broad attitudes to 'drugs' like they're all one distinct thing has likely done more hard than good (set back research and useage of Psilocybin in serious cases of depression etc while they're still fine with giving eltro shock treatment a go instead).

I agree though that it's rather self indulgent for Khan to be prioritising all things considered..

Understood, just adding additonal points to ponder. I agree, there's no let up on the antics front. Anything but actually just doing the job .
