Watford are eight points behind us with a game in hand and Hodgson no doubt,can read us like a book.
Their tales are up and I see a defeat coming our way plunging us ever nearer the relegation dog fight.
2-0 loss predicted.

This is a game to sit a bit deeper than usual and not allow space for the speedy Denis and Sarr to run into.
The onus is on them to win and I'd like us to attempt to exploit the space when they move forward.
Would take a 1-1 draw but anticipate a difficult game.
If we play slow and methodically as we have been doing Hodgson will be content to soak this up all day.

Yesterday was their first goal since RH took over. They'll do the usual RH tactic and sit deep defending, and we'll score two..... 0-2 win

I haven't seen Watford since Roy took over, but if he is using the same tactic as he did with us for most of his tenure the key will be using long diagonals and making the most of the width as he likes his teams to play narrow. It's a bummer that Sarr is back as he is their most dangerous player and is so quick.

Watford need to win this, especially when you look at their remaining fixtures which include away games at Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea, as well as home games against Arsenal and Wolves. A point for us is not the end of the world albeit a win would be good for confidence. I think Gallagher will be chomping at the bit after an enforced rest and I think we'll snatch this 1-2.
