Let's hope it doesn't cause an Internet outage. They might have to actually meet [Link]

Wearers of a weave would be well advised to remain indoors.

C'mon cryst, you know full well it'll be blamed on 'Brexit' & 'Bumble' as CP loves to call him.

Stay safe in the UK.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Everyone round here (possibly the most inland you could get) is s***ting themselves.

Someone posted on the local Facebook group that the secondary school would be closed today, and someone else replied: "Thank God!"

I've just got back from my usual 1 hour walk with the dogs and I saw not one other dog walker; usually there are loads. Yes it's a bit windy, but seriously!

Shortly I'll be leaving to start my day's work as a supermarket delivery driver, as those people cowering in their homes will not be expecting me to do likewise.

Near apocalyptic scenes in Kent today. Weather pretty grim too.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Bit blowy down here, all schools closed, buses and trains suspended till noon.
The Cornish south coast isn't in the Red Warning Zone, but London is.
Hope Selhurst stands up to it.
Stay safe everyone

I am resident on the coast and I will certainly not traverse the beach today.
I could end up in Brighton !

On the edge of the red area in Somerset. Shops, schools and library closed in the village, Doctors cancelled all appointments(on advice) to stop people travelling. Tesco have cancelled/postponed deliveries this morning.

Actually got up to a lovely, bright sunny day with a stiff (Very actually) breeze. Now something like storm force winds and the rain is making it seem worse

Still, should be over (the worst anyway) by lunchtime, so I can go and rescue the bits of back fence from all over the garden.....
