Hi all, just a heads up, went to the Southampton game on Wednesday took all reasonable precautions but have been hit by covid, couldn't have caught it anywhere else as I've not been anywhere, I sit in block w of the Arthur and had a pint in the concourse, just feels like a cold at the moment so here's hoping, but anyone who was in the Arthur and has cold like symptoms please get tested.

Me too positive this morning although out Friday night in London. Block W as well. Very light cold symptoms. If this was it for everyone I’d vote herd immunity, but appreciate too many suffer far worse.

My lad positive covid flow test earlier. Waiting on PCR result.
He didn't go on concourse. I did several times but I'm negative.
Sit in block W as well. He's had a sore throat since Friday.
Happy Christmas NOT.

Good luck and good health to all

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

Same here, I was in main stand, so someone must have coughed very hard! PCR tomorrow to double check.

Sounds like a 'super spreader' situation. Either that or its so contagious that situations like this are going to pop up all over the place - which wouldn't be the biggest surprise.

Not using the Arthur toilets under any circumstances is advisable

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

I know of at least 10 people in the lower holmesdale who have tested positive this weekend, including my girlfriend. Sounds like the introduction of covid passports achieved absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately I already know of some getting sent screenshots of friends covid passports to get into events. This was always going to happen unless each passport is heavily scrutinised which big events don’t have the time or the inclination to do.

I got to the game early and was checked but the guy next to me arrived just before kick off and with the larger crowd trying to get in wasn’t asked for he’s covid pass. Just impossible to do this for thousands turning up at the last moment?

The situation is not helped by all of the dickheads who don't wear a mask in the concourse. And this includes all of the staff behind the food counters, as was the case at the Southampton game.
