or to flip it onto its head,

Expensive is only slightly better than a cheap one.

Especially if the cheap buyer has a bit of savvy and the expensive buyer is a fool.....

- wine
- sports footwear

- bicycles
- dogs

- footballers....and very dependent on a savvy buyer or a fool

- non-prescription remedies, tablets, vitamins etc.

what others ?

something in the middle.
some boots / shoes of quality will last forever(with a bit of maintenance)

I never buy cheap eggs, not good from many aspects.

Pickle - I much prefer Tesco's own brand than Branston.

Wrong on cheap sports footwear and bicycles. Only if you’re going to potter about not doing a lot with either you might be correct.

the list below is the most reliable second hand cars.

If you get one with low mileage (from its original owner) , it can be dramatically cheaper than a new one from the Dealership forecourt.....and just as good.

Phones.

On wine price can be dictated by rarity and reputation rather than quality but generally you get ahat you pay for

the wines in the list below all cost under a tenner.

So you believe that a £100 bottle will taste ten times better ?

i must confess my ignorance on such matters. Not got an educated palate.

I enjoy playing games on my PC, but don't enjoy their cost.

Just wait awhile and buy a key code from either Kinguin or CD Keys. They work just fine and save a bundle of cash.

For instance, Dirt 5 cost around £46 when it launched last year and today you can buy it for £6.70 from Kinguin. Bargain. Cyberpunk is only £19.30, that's 62% less than new.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

I just buy the phones with the Chinese spyware. Cheaper, better specs and why should I care?
