just saw one of his programmes last night "The Sun: God star" , or something like that.
At last, something from the BBC that is entertaining and enlightening, stimulating and educational.(I have rightly ripped into the BBC in recent years over their use of TV for morons. Repeats, sports and reality TV.)
Brian Cox puts across the latest theories of cosmology and its forces, in laymans terms and with excellent use of geographic locations and computer graphics.
I'm going to try and catch up on all his stuff.

His forecast for how the universe ends is a bit sombre.
A bit of a contrast from his "Things can only get better", anthem

I disengage, I turn the page.

He is a quality presenter. I don't know how he sleeps. His brain must be forever asking questions.

You moan like anything if someone dares to divert one of your threads but you're happy to do it to others

Excellent series. Surprised that the BBC spends money on quality programming rather than dancing and woman's sport programmes for the proles.

oooh, apologies if i ruffled your make-up there dearie.

My comments were salient to the title of the thread, so deal with it.

Brian Cox was brilliant in the Bourne movie, as mentioned above. Seconded.

Two of your last five posts have been having a dig at me. Is this because I "unfriended" you after realising that you were a bit of a dick?
