I am sure many of you are aware of Simon Jordan (is on talksport Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm) What are your views of him? Your views of him during his spell at the club? I know he famously said that he will not return back to Selhurst Park (watch a game) because he felt the current owners or owner stole Palace from him. I think the guy does talk a lot of sense definitely the best person on Talksport. But if he was still here I cannot see how Palace would be an established EPL side as they are now.

I for one would love to actually know what is Jordan's beef with Parish and co-owners. What exactly was done wrong in Jordan's eyes? Additionally, Jordan as a pundit on Talksport is exceptional. Edited by indianapalace85 (30 Oct 2021 2.45am)

Likes the sound of his own voice. Talked the talk about the academy but Parish had delivered Don't listen to talksport, too many adverts

Failed owner so apparently that qualifies him as a media pundit on football! As for the Parish stole my club, Palace were bust when that happens the buyers hold the whip hand. How much did Jordan personally lose? He was forever telling us fans how much he put into the club but a bit shy about how much he took out, wages, loans, bonus, expenses etc.

Why not as plenty of failed footballers make decent managers including our own Roy Hodgson and even everyone's favourite businessman Alan Sugar went bust once or twice

Read his book as all is explained there Excellent read and I rate him very highly on the radio. It would seem that he was probably too arrogant to run Pakace, as he needed outside help but refused it

In the book he explains this. Look at those that came through the academy during his tenure. I know he is unpopular at Palace and obviously dislikes Parish, with a vengeance, but he saved the club and I believe deserves some credit for the academy

I read his book some time ago but remember getting the overriding feeling he must be a nightmare person to work with or around and that in some instances he was only telling half the story. Edited by Rachid Rachid Rachid (30 Oct 2021 9.05am)
