Discuss everything and anything about the tournament as and when it happens.

The pundits seem to fancy France or Portugal, both in the same group. Could Belgium do well? England could surprise us, but my guess is they won't survive the semi's.

Kicks off tonight with Turkey v Italy on BBC 1.

France, Germany and Portugal in one group is the hardest group I can remember. I'm not exactly memory man though.

I thought Italy looked superb last night. Fast, precise passing, and attacking football. Top marks for both technical and artistic merit - I wouldn't fancy England's chances against them.

They did look good...eventually. Turkey defended well in the first half, but lost their way in the second. Roberto Mancini as dapper as ever.

Loved the remote controlled VW taking the ball to the ref at the start.

Italy looked hard to break down, full of energy and pretty skilfull, they're going far. It highlights how England aren't great at the back. We have no such center back pairing.

I'm bored already. I fell asleep watching the opening game and I haven't bothered with today's fayre. I'll probably give the bended knee brigade a miss tomorrow too.

I enjoyed seeing Wales get a draw against the Swiss. Bale looked nothing like the player we've seen at Spurs recently and Kieffer Moore was excellent.

But lads, what do we reckon, should Grealish start today? Looks likely Southgate will bench him.

I reckon Grealish should start. I'm uneasy about the defence. Despite home advantage I fear we'll get nowt out of this one.

It's taken me a long time to realise that I hate watching our national side play.

Once I start hearing "God Save the Queen" and/or "Britania rules the waves" I'll be off to the mow the lawn.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

We all know Southgate will play the team he's been told to play which will incl that donkey Maguire & the 'Smoggie' Henderson. Shaw will be LB, Kane up front. Basically tried & trusted players. Cant have the youngsters going out there & enjoying themselves, just wont do.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

England win 1-0
Started well, Foden hit the post early but the game petered out after 30 minutes or so. Too hot to keep up the pace.
Kelvin Phillips the real deal.
I went back to the garden and missed Sterling's goal, but enjoyed the sunshine more.
