England's last two games have not been convincing. Stop changing the team around and get a settled line-up I reckon. Thoughts?

Completely pointless 2 games, thanks to ManyCity and Chelsea players not being available. the only purpose they served was to find someone to replace TAA. (who ironically only got injured in The first.) Expect a almost completely different starting lineup vs Croats. and one which hasn't properly played together for ages...if at all. The only thing I learned is that Southgate doesn't share my view that Sancho should not be anywhere near team. (yet) Kane, Mount, Foden, Stirling, James, Stones, Walker, all coming back into The fold, and all will try to be shoehorned into the first team.

I thought they looked rubbish. Gave away chances at the back, which the opposition weren't good enough to take. Also took the wrong choices when attacking. The whole system looked wrong. Now had to bring Ben White due to not knowing about Maguire. Not sure what Ward-Prowse had to do to be included. Looked like the only ball winning midfielder, plus proper set-piece taker. Has all the hallmarks of a shambles. Taking the knee the biggest talking point though - actually pretty pathetic.

More importantly, can Foden, Mount & to a degree Grealish play in the same side together, or will we end up with a 'Gerrard/Lampard situation?
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |
