This is one of Humphrey Bogart's last lines in the wonderful Casablanca when he tells Ingrid Bergman he's not joining her on the plane. Tear jerking scene.

Made during the war, on a budget in 1942, there are other memorable lines in this classic film.

As an antidote to speculation about who is going to manage Palace to greater things this is your opportunity to tell us your most memorable line(s) from a favourite movie. And there are loads.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Along with The Wizard of Oz Casablanca has to be one of the ripped off movies of all time.

Casablanca

Round up the usual suspects

Of all the bars in all the world she had to walk into mine

The problems of 3 people don't mean a hill of beans in this world

You played for it for her play it for me, play it Sam.

(Talking about their last day in Paris) Ah yes I remember that day you were blue the Germans were grey.

Louis I believe this is the start of a beautiful friendship

Oz

Toto I've a feeling where not in Kansas anymore

Behind the curtain

I'll get you my pretty and your little dog to.

Scarecrow "they threw my arms over there, they threw my legs over there." Tin Man "Well that's you all over".

Auntie Em Auntie Em

And many many more

ZULU 1964 film

Lt Chard(Stanley Baker) to CSM Bourne(Nigel Green)

"If it's a miracle, Colour Sergeant, it's a short chamber Boxer-Henry point-four-five calibre miracle."

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Oz

Whatever the wizard says to the scarecrow.

Diamonds are Forever Charles Grey as Blofeld:

"Humility, Mr Bond, is the worst form of conceit".

On the Buses ... Arthur to Olive eating pickled onions in bed, she drops one under the covers between them and fumbles for it to which Arthur snaps, "that's not it, that's my pyjama knot!"

Caberet ... Michael York telling Lisa Minella that he's been having an affair with the bloke she's been having and affair with:

"Screw Max,"

"I do!"

"So do I".

You want the truth? You can't handle the truth.

Do you know what nemesis means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible b****** — me.

Store Manager: So, you think you got what it takes?
Ted: I'll tell you what I got; your wife's pussy on my breath!
Store Manager: Nobody's ever talked to me like that before.
Ted: That's 'cause everyone's mouth is usually full of your wife's box!
Store Manager: You're hired.
Ted: s***!

'Chew, if only you could see what I've seen with your eyes.'

'I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.'

I think most know that film.

Excellent choice. Will have to watch it again. Rutger's best role.
