I have to admit I can't hate Brighton with the passion
that a lot of you have.

I have too many good friends who support that team. And I know they suffer as we do.

Tonight's deserved win was their greatest ever in the PL so well done B&HA.

I still hope we thrash them later this month.

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

I admit that I didn't witness the game.
The Brighton supporters will think their team are "World beaters" but let us not forget that in Liverpool's previous game at Anfield they lost 1-0 to Burnley and a couple of home games before that were held 1-1 by lowly WBA.
Liverpool have only scored 1 goal in their last 4 PL games at home.

I don't have any chums who have any allegiance towards Brighton.

I do know a chap locally who supports Brighton but a couple of years ago we had a heated contretemps in a discussion between our teams and I am 'Persona non grata' as far as he is concerned. The feeling is mutual.

We didn't play them until after I was 20 or so - in the 74/75 season. No Brighton at school, the first would have when I worked for VW in Purley, where there was one. So never been confronted with anything like I saw and feared when we played Millwall for example.

They've got a good youngish coach and I've heard good things about the lad they've just signed from Ecuador. And I hope we thump them every time we play!

found it amusing that they beat scousers last night.
However..living in Worthing(goring) they are obviously everywhere.
A few houses have brighton flags in gardens, match days the tesco bag tops are everywhere.
They are top of the list of teams to beat & I can asure you its reciprocated !

We always wind them up by asking which other team they support.

Nine times out of ten you will get a response...Arsenal, Liverpool, West Ham, Chelsea etc.

Although when I asked the question of a big guy who was wearing a Brighton sweatshirt in the Foragers pub in Hove, he said nothing, just rolled his left sleeve up to reveal....a Watford tatoo ! That was an interesting conversation !

Much as i dislike them it was a good win last night for sure.
Klopp complaining again afterwards about how tired his team are - he didn't say that when they won three days ago.
I love hearing him whinge - it makes me smile almost as much as Brighton, Charlton and Millwall losing!

I must say they are starting to look impressive. However they seem to have some luck with their opponents losing vital players beforehand. Spurs lost Kane, Liverpool lost a few and we may have lost Wilf.

As an older fan i still dont get the Brighton rivally. It's always been Millwall for me and still is. Klopp was outcoached last night, there 3-5-2 completely stumped Liverpool. As much of a pillock that he is Dunk is a very good CB, better than anybody that we have in that position and that goes for Webster and White too. We will do well to get a point there soon especially if Wilf is missing.

Note your comments but for some balance,we recently suffered our biggest home defeat in our history against Liverpool, who had very impressive away against Spurs and W.Ham.
An extraordinary result for BHA last night and lets hope Wilf is fit and ready for when we play them shortly.

He was a butch gay and either Brighton or Watford is his boyfriend’s/husband’s team?
