Always wanted a frosty slush maker and a star wars millennium falcon but unfortunately never got one I did befriend a nerdy kid who had an amazing star wars toy collection and went over his house regularly to play with his toys.

There’s more mystique in never getting that big plastic toy you always wanted rather than getting it and realising after a while it’s just plastic cr&p. That’s what you should tell your wife anyway.

The fun enjoyed and the smooth operation in that advert wouldn’t be the case in real life. Plus it might’ve turned you into someone out to kill, hurt or damage people.

Pontoon bridge. How I longed for one of those. No idea why, they didn’t do anything, you just clipped some bits of plastic together and that was it, however I used to dream of owning one

Me and my mate collected lots of Star Wars figures between us. I once found a £5 note outside Bros's house (late 1970's and still at school) and we bought a Canteena, but couldn't afford a Millenium Falcon. The things I really wanted were my mate's older sister and/or Carrie Fisher. I got neither However, a few years later I got a great viewing of my mates sisters baps as she was breast-feeding.
