Kids, tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

Funnily enough I checked this today, yes you can. Apparently there will be 6 months notice given before they become obsolete

Just back from local co op used it to buy a pint of milk no problem at all, i felt like the time I had a £50 quid note and was waiting for the manager to be called over. Realised after i forgot to wear a face mask in the store.

Respect for raiding your kids piggybank - these youngsters have it far to easy these days, he had his eye on a packet of pair drops and aniseed twists, instead you can thank him at breakfast tomorrow for the milk on the cornflakes- he should laugh and laugh! The raiding of the piggybank should be taught with the anti nayal class, after all, lifes not fair and it will only make them stronger and prepared!

I raided his piggy bank so he could pay me for a new charger for his phone, he destroys his own then steals mine so I ordered one on ebay for him and made him pay us back. He is 17 he must learn that bank of mum and dad is coming to an end.

In my experience the bank of mum and dad never really comes to an end. Not complaining wouldn’t have it any other way, mine don’t take the p*** and never ask for help but happy to oblige if I know it is needed

He give me permission to to raid his piggy bank, as for bank of mum and dad it's still open but not as generous as before but will definitely be happy to pay for his education that is a good investment.

Be better to get him an apprenticeship and pay for his tools, ppe and travel.
Never be struggling for a pound note with a trade.
Present situation is exceptional I get that.
