Baroness Dido Harding, who runs NHS Test and Trace in England, is to be the interim chief of the government's new Health Protection Institute.

Dido Harding is also married to Conservative MP, James Penrose (who sits on the advisory board of think tank "1828", which "calls for the NHS to be replaced by an insurance system and for Public Health England to be scrapped" She is a Tory peer with no public health experience. A pal of Matt Hancock who has presided over our omnishambolic track and trace system. I'm not following anybody at present - they are all transparently useless. Veered more towards Lib Dems in the past but they are increasingly becoming an irrelevance as a result of their self-imploding ineptitude.
