I hope it"s nothing to do with the ex CONservative mp for Dover who was found guilty of sexual assault only last week, his poor wife, the sitting CONservative mp has been through enough ! I sincerely doubt it was him, and as the posts that follow will rightly point out, nobody has been charged and thus is innocent, rightly so! So I for one don"t want to continue speculating on last weeks ex CONservative mp"s sexual assault conviction for the sake of his CONservative mp"s wife, and nor should you! Actually, not suggesting it has anything to do with CONservative mp"s husband, the ex CONservative mp for Dover, so which new CONservative mp is it? Whoever he or she is, one things for certain, it"s a CON!

I was hoping it was my MP. I feel utterly bum-f***ed every time he gets re-elected.
I disengage, I turn the page. |

I find it odd that the MP is accused of rape / sexual assault on 4 separate occasions of the same person. Why on earth did they not report it after the first time? Obviously we don't know any facts but it just seems odd that's all.
One more point |

'It is likely to increase pressure on Tory Chief Whip Mark Spencer, who failed to take action against the MP, who cannot be named for legal reasons, when he was told about the allegations a month ago.' The accused will surely have to have whip removed thereby providing his identity to all of us. Just wonder how up-to-date the following also is given other allegations reported in recent months:

These things happen quite often in the real world. What is important is that it has been reported and can be investigated properly. Not prejudging the outcome.

The young woman was probably challenged with every possible threat imaginable , not least being protected by The Establishment. The way that too many of the latter deem themselves to be 'untouchable' and 'above the law' is utterly repugnant. They are after all public servants employed to serve the general public.

No Cliff Richard style name and shame and helicopter over the house then? The luxury of being an MP. One rule for them, one for the rest.
