An injury time goal gave Charlton a massive point today, BUT their final game is at Elland Road and I don't expect Leeds will want to be generous. The Hull v Luton game could see one of them draw level and if Wigan are successful in their appeal (or win their final home again against Fulham) the Clowns might just drop down (again).

Should just about scrape it, the Championship is going to the wire top and bottom, though.

And the action flows so much better than the PL with VAR.

Who gives a fcuk?

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

I'd be happy to see a bigger chasm emerge with The Clowns dropping down a league and some smug fans put rightly in their place - a mess of a club at the moment especially in the boardroom.

Owners History
- Belgian has money didn't want to spend it and sells out to rich Arab and his English mate. Charlton fans ecstatic they now have a billionaire owner. The more cynical fans smell a rat.

- 2 blokes now own the club but not the assets e.g. the ground. Why not? one of them is ultra rich? Or maybe he isn't, it now looks like neither of them have any money and and are economical with the truth. The EFL meanwhile imposes a transfer embargo whilst they investigate.

- 2 blokes fall out and try and oust each other from the holding company. Claim and counter claim of lavish spending all from the club funds.

- One of them sells the holding company to a third party who is a white night this new guy will save Charlton. The ousted bloke plus directors take it all to court crying foul play.

- Third party now claims to own the holding company and he will rescue Charlton. The high court judge has just ruled that he has not bought the holding company so far and is economical with the truth and is probably a front for the bloke who allegedly sold it to him. There are doubts as to how much money the new owner has.

- The court case continues but so far it looks like flies fighting over a turd. None of these guys appear to have the best interests of the club at heart and appear to be using the club's own money to fight legal battles against each other.

- Fans now believe that administration is just around the corner unless a real white night emerges.

- Relegation a real possibility but they maybe saved by Wigan being deducted 12 points.

This all sounds like a re-run of the woes of Portsmouth where one dodgy owner cleared out the safe then flogged it on to someone else who did the same thing, rinse and repeat. Before we start celebrate this could be us let's pray that the Americans sell to decent owners.

It was a huge point for Charlton yesterday I think they will survive.

Charlton go to Lee Bowyer's old club Leeds.

Luton, same points as Charlton, home to Blackburn.Luton have only lost 1 of their 4 home games since the restart.Blackburn have lost 3 of their 4 away games since the restart.

But Wigan also need to get something assuming they are deducted 12 points. Wednesday will be squeaky bum time for a number of clubs. There are also rumours that Sheff Wednesday may be hit with a points deduction.

Thank you for reminding me about Wigan and Sheff Wed.More often than not my cerebral matter is found seriously wanting!

Wigan 58 pts GD -1 H Fulham
Sheff Wed 56 pts GD -7 A Middlesbrough
