With all the negativity thought I’d try and change the subject a bit.
With fans being allowed back into stadiums in hopefully October, it’s time to start thinking where we would have a good away day.
So Leeds are up , that’s one spot , West Brom currently bottling it against Huddersfield which leaves it in Brentford’s hands to come up which would be a good away day.

Now , play offs, anything can happen in the playoffs and there is a real possibility Millwall could claim a spot in which case there is also every chance for them to come up.

Who does everyone else want? And who do they think will come up?

“This is a crisis, a large crisis.... in fact if you have a moment, it’s a 12 storey crisis, magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24 hour portage , and an enormous sign on the roof saying “This , is a large crisis” - Edmund Blackadder

Leeds are back in the EPL
Big club big ground big fan base.
I wish them luck in all but two games next year.
May have plenty of backers to help with players etc.

A sad day for football.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

With a better goal difference Brentford only need 4 points from their last 2 games for automatic promotion, can’t even remember the last time Palace played Brentford in a league game and I’ve been going since the early 60’s.

Leeds is a sh1thole, the anus of Yorkshire. And that's some achievement as Yorkshire cities go! I hope they get investigated for breach of financial irregularities and are barred from promotion.

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

Tough on their fans - promoted at last and they won't be able to go to the games for a while.

Leeds this season had spent no money at all in the transfer window, and only recently spent £15 Mill turning Helder Costa's loan move from Wolves into a permanent transfer. They received nigh on £27 Mill, selling the likes of Pontus Jansson, Jack Clarke and a few others.
Last season they spent £10 Mill and brought in £6.5 Mill.

A fantastic achievement by Leeds and the revered Marcelo Bielsa.

Leeds in the championship and Sheffield Utd in the prem show how you can get success without spending the dosh when you have the right manager and backing of the board - great season for them and not forgetting Brentford as well

Sheff Utd's 'Net spend' this season has been £62 Mill so it is not an insignificant sum.

In terms of Brentford, when Thomas Frank took over from Dean Smith last season, the team only won 1 of his first 10 games in charge and there was the feeling that he might be relieved of his services.

They finished 11th last season and didn't make the best start this season but they have done really well and have of course a good chance of automatic promotion. They have made some excellent signings.
Last season at 'Griffin Park', they move to their new ground (17,500 capacity) next season.
