The future of HOL

Just wondering what the future of HOL will be like if we do not have a return of football soon. I may be wrong, but to me it seems like there are less posts and less posters at the moment, which of course would be understandable. Without many Palace posts the site will surely end up with a small but hardcore group of users, properly just arguing politics. I’m sure the site with survive ok as there are plenty of us regulars but just food for thought.

It’s been on a steady decline for years. There used to be a whole raft of hilarious posters and characters from varying persuasions. Now it’s just a handful of rabid right (putting it mildly) wingers dominating threads and shouting at anyone who dares disagree with them. The laughs are definitely at a premium these days. Still trying to work out whether the ‘funny’ thread is meant to be an ironic title or not.
