Shame as he developed some serious talent including AWB.

Wonder what happened there, seems he left with "immediate effect".

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Results have been poor this season for the U23s.

Would a manager of a team at that level be under pressure for results too? Genuine question.

No doubt someone will be along soon who is closer to the club and knows more about what's actually happened. I look forward to such insight.

Shame. Richard Shaw fitted in well as being part of the Palace 'family' IMHO.

Sean Derry will take over that's why he was brought to the club

Wonder if this was why Shaun Derry was bought in?

Actually, I know what's happened:

AWB has put in a good word for Richard Shaw at Man U and he'll be replacing Solskjaer any day now.

At least Shaun Derry is equally Palace family.

To be honest, having seen them play, I was surprised how average they looked, definitely no AWB’s or Zaha’s on the horizon that’s for sure

Sad to see this, however as others have said I did wonder what hiring Sean Derry would mean for him. Very abrupt announcement.

If a team is poorly coached / set up, good players look average and average players look s***. Perhaps the U23s will perk up now. Or perhaps they really are s***.

Shame, one of my favourite players and always thought he was a good fit in a set up that has been limited resource wise for some time. The transition role that Shaun Derry has also made sense at the time, so curious to know what's happened - every best wish though.

Also, lets not forget, RS was the catylist for the infamous 'CANTONA' incident at SP.

Top bloke & great full back.

Was it him that said no player in the u23's was up to Prem standard ? Although this might be true perhaps a few at the club didn't think this was a good thing to put out ?
